Wifi Calling Won't Enable

I have been overseas for a few months with my service suspended. I just reactivated it and wanted to enable Wifi Calling, as I want to be able to call/text only over Wifi.

Advanced Calling is enabled but I cannot Active Wifi Calling. It is displaying the follow error:

"Unable to activate Wi-Fi Calling at this time. Please try again later."

Phone is currently in airplane mode as to not use any international data/texts.

Any ideas?

Towstie, wishing you safe travels while overseas. Help is here as I can assist with your questions and concerns regarding using Wi-Fi Calling. To use this feature, you must have HD Voice activated and provisioned on your device first. Also, to use Wi-Fi Calling internationally, this feature must have already been activated while on the Verizon Wireless network here in the U.S. first. Please let me know if HD Voice and Wi-Fi Calling were activated here in the U.S. before leaving the country.
