Can I use Message+ while my account is Suspended?

My Device was stolen so I suspended my Account to prevent whoever has it from using it.. I have downloaded the Message+ app on my computer to check my text messages and i get a error message saying that my account is suspended and to go to My Verizon and turn on Messaging.. How do I turn it on so that I can check my messages online?

The Message+ app is linked to the mobile telephone number/account. When you activate the app on a computer, it asks for the mobile telephone number and texts a confirmation code.

If the account has been blocked/suspended, I don't think the app will work.

Hi Sorfiano, I'm so sorry to hear your phone was stolen! I can certainly understand wanting to find alternative methods to stay in touch. Let's make sure we get you set up for success. Since the Message+ feature is a part of your service it is suspended as long as your account is. Have we started to look into any replacement options for your phone? Do you have an old device we can activate for you?
