After setting up a biometric lock (fingerprint) my S8 prompts me to enter a numeric PIN. What pin. Never had a pin for the phone, alpha-numeric password yes but not a number pin. Im now locked out and it says it will go to factory reset if I exeed a certain number of attempts of entering a wrong pin. I called Verizon, no help there. Any suggestions as I REALLY hate to loose my info.
