Cracked screen, Total Protection

I upgraded to the Note 9 and purchased the Total Protection plan ($13). Walking into my house the slippery phone fell to the ground and cracked. I've googled info on screen replacement with the warranty and I cant really find anything other then it may cost $29, $49 or $700. I'm confused to say the least.
