Flip phone no longer showing calls??

I have a flip phone line that always updated call activity every 4 hours and completely stopped on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 2:45pm.  The phone is used in the same area as the other phones that are showing the call activity.  Is there a service or hack that can mask calls?

What make and model phone are you having issues with? Have you tried restarting your device to see if this resolved the issue?
