I transferred service to Verizon prepaid and my experience had been a nightmare! I transferred 2 lines, Verizon claims I canceled one of the lines. They supposedly ported one of the numbers but I still don’t have service. They keep saying I need to make a $50 payment but I paid $91 when I ordered service. I’ve called nearly 20 times and still no fix. This is ridiculous, do I need to move on to another provider?
