Export or Back Up Contacts
Add, Move, or Import Contacts
Go into back up and make sure google is the default backup for your device. (Not Samsung).
mama23dogs, I can certainly understand the convenience of being able to sync and backup all your contacts in one place. Help is here. To clarify, have you previously backed up your contacts in the past? At present, how do you currently backup your contacts? tikibar1 has shared some excellent resources that I am confident you will find useful. Looking forward to hearing back.
