I am having the same issue. I chatted with Verizon online and they are doing maintenance which caused this issue.
Hello. We understand how important it is to be able to send and receive messages and we are here to help. We had a report of an outage for that area a few days ago. Are you still experiencing the same issue? If so, are you able to call and use data? What does it currently show you are getting for signal? May we also have your zip code location?
