Instagram Mode on Galaxy S10...

I have friends on other carriers that have a camera mode called Instagram Mode on their Galaxy S10 devices. I also watched Samsung Unpacked & enough YouTube videos to know the feature should be there, but it seems to be missing. Has this feature been removed? If so, why?

When you open your camera the phone is automatically set to "photo", scroll all the way to the left (swipe right) it's the last option. Hope this helps
