My sons phone didn't pair correctly on initial setup of familybase I had to remove the device management on his phone but now can't get it reinstalled?

I understand wanting to have access to your Family Base feature, BRAWIL30. What is the Make and Model of your sons device? Also, do you have any other devices currently paired with Family Base?
