Have tried for at least an hour to find where to cancel the Familybase. This should not be this difficult!
What kind of phone or Device do you have? we'll see what we can do..

If you are having trouble canceling this feature via your on-line MyVerizon account, call Customer Service and they can cancel it for you. When you get the phone tree, press 4 and say Agent.
