How can I get rid of pending transactions

Im trying to remove phone restrictions but its not letting me because of pending transactions. How can I get rid of it

I'm sorry you're having issues with Family Base online. Pending transactions normally mean that there have been changes made that have been set ahead of time. Have you checked the dates of the transactions on My Verizon?
