I have had issues with my service and after speaking with about 7 different technical support people, a few of them suggested that Family Base could be the root of my problems. How do I remove Family Base from my devices, services, etc....
You can remove Family Base through My Verizon.
You can remove the app from each device by uninstalling the app. Instructions depend on the types of devices you have.
