how can I monitor the use of Twitter and Instagram for my son's phone?

He has an iPhone and given the limited number of controls, I'm starting to really regret the purchase.

We don’t want for you to regret purchasing a phone for your son. I’m a mother of 2 kids myself & always want to make sure they are making responsible decisions on social media. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but Verizon Wireless does not have a way that you can monitor social media apps from another phone.
