Why is there no activity appearing on family base?

I have one of the lines on my account set up with family base. Until recently everything was working well. Now, I get no email summaries and there is no activity reported on the line. Before you ask, there is activity on the line and no account changes were made by myself. It looks like there are several reports from other users that have experienced the same issue. What is the fix?

I am having the same problem. Was getting activity until last Thursday, now the past two days nothing.

What date was the last time you received an email summary? Are you able to send and receive emails with that email address? Any changes on the device that's set up for family base?

I don't have the exact date but its been well over a month since I've seen any messages. The email address I am using is currently active and I send and receive email on it daily. There have been no changes on the device.

I have seen many reports for this issue from various subscribers over the past year. Is this a systemic issue?

I have the same issue. I am paying for this feature and it has suddenly stopped working.

I rely on my Familybase feature on a daily basis Awbraun14, so I know how important it is to ensure it's working properly. Did you recently make any changes to your device or online when Familybase stopped working? Are you getting any certain error messages?

Family base not working. All data has disappeared. I set a GB limit then saved and watched as the usage far surpassed the set limit. I cannot find any support through Verizon chat, phone, email, etc... I had one useful chat session only to be cut off when a Verizon pop-up ad froze my computer. exploring other options.

However, is it the same email address for your notifications on your user Verizon profile? Ensure that this email address is updated and matching by logging into My Verizon to check.

I, too, have the same issue. No activity is reporting, but I know there is activity. I do not receive any email messages, either. Nothing has changed on my account.

OK. This is getting ridiculous. I am replying using the email account set up on my Verizon account including family base. So, if I am replying to the chat forum message via email, please do not ask me about my email account again. I go on the Verizon wireless web site, log into my account, go to family base and see there is no activity listed. Only a message indicating activity history is being retrieved but it never is actually retrieved. All of this without using my email account.

The simple request it to find out why the Verizon wireless family base servers are unable to provide usage date for myself and others on this thread. No need to ask any more about email accounts or phone settings. he phone works fine, my email works fine, family base does not.

If this issue is not resolved soon, looks like I need to cancel the service and request a refund for the time it has not worked.

zimmy471 We know it's important that the Family Base reporting is as accurate as possible. When did you notice that activity usage was incorrect? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application?

I have not been able to see my children's activity for a while now. It just keeps saying no activity yet. Check back soon! I know there is activity on their phones. I did uninstall and reinstall the app on my iphone. It still shows no activity on their phones.

I am having the same issue. 2 out of 4 phones are not showing me the phone activity. I have called on this and was told I would receive a call or message once it's fixed and it's been over a week since I was told that. It has not worked in over a month. This had happened twice now and I'm starting to get really upset about it!

I am having the same issue. My kids phones Galaxy S5's are jacked up now. I can no longer lock their phones, they have no activity, and unable to put restriction times on them. If anyone was able to get theirs corrected I would love to know how so i can get this fixed due to school has started and this will become an issue.

I am having the same issues. My children's phones have not shown any activity since I added the Family Base plan and companion apps. I can see all activity on their accounts up to the point of adding the service; then nothing.

As a parent of a child with a cell phone, I know how important it is to ensure you are able to view and manage your children's usage. The apps are still not working and when i tried to update them it now says that the Family Base Companion App is not compatible with the phones.

It is very important that you are able to monitor the usage and set those limits, KDones. How long has this been happening exactly? When it started, were there any noticeable changes to the account, such as updated plan or features? Anything new with the devices such as an update?

Has there been a resolution to this problem? I've called customer support twice. The first worker had no clue what I was talking about and kept sending me outside of FamilyBase to my usage. I want to see the activity IN FamilyBase where I have the contacts set up and can see who they are talking to without having to look up numbers. The 2nd call was cut off after about an hour of me trying to get them to figure out what I was talking about. This has been going on for several months for me and I'm frustrated that we are paying for a service that obviously has some problems per reading everyones comments. It's not the phones, its not the app...its the program. No activity is showing on both the app and on the computer log-in side. It used to work just fine and suddenly stopped.
