How do I block internet data access on a phone used by my son?

I have the same issue. Prior to the latest update, we were able to limit our daughters data. now, she has managed to use almost all the family's date for the month. some of us need it for work related stuff.
They need to fix this pronto.
We love having you you as part of the family and want to see you be able to easily manage the account and usage. What type of phone are they using? Are you actively using the FamilyBase feature and if so have you checked the settings via http://www.vzw.com/familybase?
