My phone is telling me that I have no data left but when I check my Verizon account I have data left. I can't get on the Internet or nething.

If you have data saver on in settings on your phone, it shuts off data where you placed your cap. Has nothing to do with Verizon. Fix your settings
To be clear, ON YOUR PHONE, in settings, connections mobile data, data saver
ourplace, I understand how your device showing that you have no data does cause a bit of some concern. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. I want you to start by turning off your Wi-Fi. With your Wi-Fi disabled are you having issues accessing the internet? If so please check if you have any data limits set on your device. You can check by going to settings>network&internet>data usage>limit. Let me know what you find.
