I can't turn off the sound for email notifications since the April upgrade. I want to keep sound on for text messaging. I have been on the phone with a Verizon rep for over two hours yesterday. Gone to the Verizon local store today. Was at Best Buy yesterday and today with a Samsung rep. Everytime we think we get it fixed it continues to ping sounds and looks like it continues until I open the notifications. Please help. I only want sound notifications for my text...
