I downloaded the Shop Samsung APP and followed the directions listed in the app, as well as the other "How to order the VIP Kit" thread. However, the app says that I am NOT eligible since I did not purchase through an "approved vendor". I pre ordered my phone through Verizon and I was told at the time I would be eleigible for the VIP kit. Is there another method to qualify/order/register for the VIP kit for Verizon customers?
