S9+ auto dials when connecting to Bluetooth device

Recently the phone started to automatically call itself when I connect to a bluetooth device like the car or a speeaker. It does it regardless of what car I am in. When i hang up it works fine. it doesn't show up as a call on the phone but it does on te car screen.

Any ideas. Just started. Thanks

This started happening to me about a week ago and it is in the phone because it is happening on all cars and devices.

I just have the S9 and it also has been happening to me ever since the update a few weeks ago. I haven't added any software to my phone since then.
