By noon today I already received ten identical calls, all from different numbers. I answered none, but they all leave the same voicemail message about "my social security number being suspended, etc., etc." Blocking is useless, because this computer-generated nuisance produces a different (fake) caller ID every time. The annoyance is so persistance that I am considering turning the phone off and refusing to pay Verizon for the service unless they do something!
