Why can't I open my app anymore? All it says is upgrade, click on it and it takes me to the dang app store!!!! I ALREADY HAVE THE APP!!!! Just need to access it. Verizon u terrible

maybe it hasn't been updated in a while. just click install!!
dforrest, you most likely need to update the Application. When you go to the App Store, tap the option to Update. Once you do this, the App will work for you.
