We have always had good service anywhere in our house. Around Dec of 2018 reception starting getting worse. This was right around the time i got my wife and 2 of my kids new galaxy S9s.
It has gotton so bad that we must all stay connected to our wifi to do anything online. We have had good service anywhere in our house for years and years till then. It is so bad now we are looking at trying at&t or other options. I called and open a ticket and was told they would call me back but never did. Not sure what to do now since my mifi is getting slower and slower that is almost like have 1990's dail up. zip 72063
