Still showing the 23rd to ship. Heard whoever bought straight from Samsung theirs shipped out today.

I'm getting really ticked off!
I was told by 3 employees on (2 different occasions)at my local Verizon store that I'd get a shipped email today and it would be here by tomorrow or Wednesday. But the agents on chat today said it will arrive on Friday. So who's wrong?
Nothing on my end. On website..... the cancel button is still there with deliver date by 08/22.
Chatted with a vzw rep earlier: ""Our carrier will be contacting you once the device is out for delivery. Normally its a day or 2 before the expected delivery date."
We understand the anticipation for this phone. Our actual launch date is 8/23. Sometimes the shipments will arrive earlier, but there is no guarantee. Once the item has shipped, you should receive tracking details. We cannot see anything further once the order has been processed and awaiting pickup.

I've talked with vzw for last 2 hours ! No one knows! I said pretty sad when other carriers are getting! A spvsr said we'll get a few days early ... I said tomorrow is a few! Duh!

I ordered 256gb in Aura Glow. I'm still waiting here and I go on vacation this weekend. I hope Verizon works some magic before Friday.
How do the employees in store have more information then the agents on the website. Another carrier sent theirs out yesterday and people received it today.
I was just chatting with a Rep and they said that the orders are going to ship on friday. I would cancel my preorder right now if I wasnt getting the 5G one which that dont have in my area currently. Really upset about how verizon is handling this.

Confirmed FedEx is traveling from Pennsylvania with my Aura Glow phone today with expected delivery by Thursday.
Hoping mine ships today and get it tomorrow. It started processing last night but no update on shipment yet. Come on Verizon, counting on you.

Can anyone at Verizon clarify the shipping estimates for different models/colors? Does it depend on when it was ordered, location?
Better yet...can they explain why they weren't shipped out to arrive on or before today, the actual release date? This is standard practice for anything from books and video games to high end phones and we were lead to believe this would be the case when we completed our orders. How did Verizon drop the ball on this?
For comparitive purposes, I've ordered the 10+ 5G 512GB Black, and have not had any updates on my device being shipped. I've pre-ordered high end devices before and received them day of launch. Really shocked to see this is not the case here.
I pre-ordered on the 14th, yet my "My Orders" still shows "processing" and certainly no phone arrived on the 23rd... Why? this is really frustrating, I would fine if it just showed a date and not just "processing..." when I chatted with one agent on wednesday they said "by friday" and when I chatted with an agent today they told me "call on monday" i can't help you. I could have just ordered this from Samsung, unlocked and i would have it now, but instead I decided to show some loyalty... fat good that did. thanks again VZW for making what should be a fun process (preordering a very expensive device) into a frustrating one that makes me doubt continuing with VZW
Mine says it's not shipping out until 9/10 ! Why verizon?
So going on day 4 of pre order. Ordered 2 phones on the 17th. On the 21st, Verizon fraud emailed that my order had been flagged. After contacting them and clarifying what they needed (which was a mistake on their end), they informed me my order had been released and will be shipped out within the hour.
I even call back to confirm this with a 2nd rep just to be sure, which she again confirms all is good and the order will be out as scheduled.
Come the 22nd, no tracking update, no emails. I call the store, they assure me tracking is just backed up and it will be fine.
Come the 23rd, no update. I decided to visit the store. Same story. "This is normal with pre-orders, if it's not here today, it will be tomorrow". Ok a day late, no biggie, I'll be back tomorrow.
Come the 24th, visit the store, alas the store computer has my order as cancelled, but no explanation is offered. The salesman say no big deal, I'll reprocess the order and you will still receive all the promos you were sold on the 17th (gift cards, BOGO, and galaxy rewards).
Except one thing, our white note 10 is on back order for 2 weeks, and since your cancelled order is still opened (yes right?) In our system, there is now a down payment on phone 2 which you wont get for 2 weeks.
Now this is just getting silly.
Next step, my galaxy rewards ($250 for the 2 phones). "Yea we cant offer the promo cause you technically didnt pre-order the phones during the promo period".
Why!!!!!!! Also now you have to wait 2 more weeks for the phone your ordered on the 17th. All this because of botched pre-order on verizons end. Also, the sales rep had me port phone one in order to redeem the bogo for phone 2, so I'm stuck in Lala land here between carriers while I am circulated between 6 different depts only trying to get the order in which I originally place fulfilled!
So to try and keep this short-ish, it's now 1:30 on the 25th. I've been on the phone, at the store, and on Verizon chat for a total of about 12 hours now this weekend trying to get my order right and get the promos which we were sold.
I am a new customer who switched over from sprint only because of this promo and it has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I feel like a man in the nuthouse trying to explain to 12 different doctors that I'm not crazy, telling the same story to each person whom I get transferred to and trying to keep my head about the whole dam thing.
All I want is the order I placed on the 17th to be fulfilled. The phones, the carrier switch gift cards and the Samsung rewards for purchasing the note 10+ during the pre order promo.
I have receipts, I have transcripts, reference numbers, order numbers, names, times, dates, locations, etc.... This is beyond insane.
If anyone at verizon sees this, Please make this right asap. I have 2 days to go back to my old carrier and will not hesitate. I am currently going on my 3rd hour of awaiting supervisor call back.

I am so tempted to drop this garbage and go with Spectrum. They use Verizon's towers for a flat $45/mo. It's ridiculous having to wait on a PREORDERED phone while others have had their devices going on a week now. Then from what I'm being told, I can't cancel my current order and just get it in the store that has it because I would lose my preorder promotions. This is garbage.
It took me about 15-20 total hours to get what I asked for but I did end up finally getting it right. Stay persistent and dont let up, they will get it right if you stay on top of it. Its not right that I had to waste all this time to get what I ordered but I'm good now and happy with what I got out of it.
Basically VZW admitted their fault and compensated what I would have gotten from Samsung.
Again that was not fun, but they did end up getting it right(I think, still haven't seen finalized bill for next month, etc...) and if you stay persistent and find the right person they will get you what you were promised.

Same issues. Pre ordered the 15th porting in 3 lines with 2 Note 10s and a Note 10 + all to arrive August 23rd.
August 19th get an email my order was canceled and if I didn't request this to call the number. I get sent to fraud who requests a copy of my license. Send that while on the phone with them and told the order was good to go.
By the 22nd, no notice of shipment...nothing. Call in and an told my order was canceled by mistake and I had to make a new order.
After 3 hours of being on the phone and dealing with the credit department to allow the order because it still has the first 3 phones on my limit, the order is placed then....flagged for fraud again! By now, fraud is closed and had to call in again the next morning to verify.
Get cleared the next morning and find out the plus is now back ordered over a week but the two notes should arrive Monday. Customer service rep says he'll call Monday and gave me his personal work email in case I miss his call. Says he's going to make sure I get all my promos and throw in a couple cases due to the issues.
Monday, no call and no phones because Verizon put a hold on delivery until Tuesday. I message him, message comes back undeliverable for invalid email address.
Tuesday, the two Notes arrive. Try to set up my wireless and only one phone pulls up. The telesales rep made them all under their own account. No plan discount and hopefully the BOGO appears.
Ask them about the cases, no notes, no cases and not getting the full plan discounts because my Note 10+ hasn't arrived yet.
A rep did give me the right email for the previous rep who made all the promises so emailed him...still no call or response.
At this point, I've been lied to and mislead by almost every CSR I've spoken to.
Still don't know if I'm getting all my promos as promised either.
Can't say I would have switched knowing it was going to be like this from the get go.

My card was finally charged late on the 28th so I knew it would be shipping by the 29th, Thursday. That was cool because I had the 2day shipping and would get it by today. A full weekend to FINALLY play with my new phone's features. But nope. Not coming until TUESDAY because Verizon doesn't send them with Saturday delivery and obviously the holiday is Monday. I am so peeved and am seriously debating returning it when it finally does come and canceling my service.
I ordered my Note10+ 512 GB Aura Black on 8/13. Order status still shown as "Processing" as of 9/9. How frigging long is this supposed to take?! No email, no nothing, and the phone this Note is replacing is on its last legs...a phone I heavily depend on for business purposes and is my only communication device (home phone, no landline).
Jeez, VZW, what's the holdup?!!
