turning off vibration for menu, home, back, & search keys

Does anyone know how to turn off the vibration for the 4 keys not on the main screen? I have already turned off the haptic feedback under the sound settings, but these keys continue to vibrate. Please help as this is annoying to me and I'm sure it drains the battery faster. Thanks in advance for your help.
