I meant to say that I'm gonna see what happens after I do a hard reset tonight.

i did a hard rest and nothing. ive erased it out 3 times since i updated it last night and still nothing.

When on the dial pad hit menu then speed dial setup. Don't use the search by typing cause it don't but scroll down to the name and it will save.
