Why is there no service within 2 miles of my house?

This is an ongoing issue that people in my neighborhood complain about all the time and many have dropped Verizon because of it. In Broomfield/Westminster Colorado near 136th Avenue and Zuni St there is no service for approximately a 2-mile radius. This is VERY frustrating, your map says there is coverage and there is not.
