My wife and i have identical Samsung S7's. Anytime we are home, almost every call gets dropped. It is frustrating enough we are looking at other providers if we cannot find a solution.

The trouble is while we are at home. Zip = 27104. Phillips Bridge Rd and Ellington Drive.
Both phones have dropped calls. and it has been going on for a long time. We are just tired of it happening.

Do you have WiFi at home? If you do, you can utilize the WiFi Calling feature to improve your wireless service experience at home when your phone is connected to your WiFi network. Please make sure that your phone's WiFi Calling feature is turned on as per the "Wi-Fi Calling Setup and Use" section at this link (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/) and test. We are on wifi calling and it does not seem to help. It sounds like you have a problem, you acknowledge the problem and you are not going to do anything about it. I am not going to continue to pay for poor service.
