Social Security Spam calling under "unavailable".

I blocked the phone number they were calling under, now the recorded spam caller is calling under an "unavailable" number. How can I block it now? Within 4 hours, I received 15 calls. I contacted the SS offices and it is a scam going on and says do not respond. But how do I stop the calls???

Forgot to add that everytime, they call, since it is a recording, it rolls over to my voice mail, so I have 15 voicemails that are 25 seconds long. It doesn't give me any type of options to opt out or tell them I'm on the do not call list, just a recording saying respond or go to jail for SS fraud. All my co workers are getting the calls as well. Just want them to stop.
