So the verizon store had this great deal on a note 10+ on cyber monday.
Unfortunately, like today i was on a call floor and unable to give it my full attention.
My girlfriend paid our account off so i could have the amazing new tech 2 weeks ahead
of when i had it budgeted for it, call it an early christmas.
I filled this order out at least 3 times before succeeding in buying the wrong phone s10+ this time
with the same options and deal as the note 10+
Amazingly the system accepted this order and apparenly began shipping since i immediately
started a text chat with a verizon customer service rep to cancel it.
Today this phone arrived, i dropped it into a UPS shipment drop off
and am now going to have to wait 14 days to even consider buying a new note 10+
I was told by no less than 3 account services reps that the phone wouldn't ship and I would
beable to get a note 10+ today, but alas, nothing but lies.
