This is an old thread, so you may want to start a new one if you have any other questions. But to forward as an e-mail, do this:
Open your list of text messages (don't open the actual text message thread). To forward the entire thread, highlight by moving your cursor over it, then press the menu key. Select Forward and type your e-mail address in the To field.
To forward just one message, you can open the thread, move your cursor to the beginning of the message, drag to the end of the message to highlight, then press the menu key and choose Forward, typing in your e-mail address the same as above.
