Wirelss text messages have been failing the past month or so. Trying to reach support is useless.
Any ideas?
SMS or MMS? One contact or all? Incoming, Outgoing or both? What devices/platforms have you tried messaging on? Are you using Verizon Message+ or default messaging apps?
Thanks for the reply. It is verizon Message +. It is for all outgoing wireless text. Text do not fail when connected to wi-fi.
hoople2, we definitely want to ensure that Messages+ is working as expected. Help is here. When did this begin? Do you receive any error messages when trying to send a message?
