We have a Verizion account. My wife upgraged to a Galaxy S10.. Is our old S8 "locked or unlocked" Just want to make sue if we sell it.

As long as it is completely paid off, has been active on your Verizon account for more than 60 days, and it is not reported lost/stolen or fraud, then the device should be unlocked automatically already.
