Setting # of Rings Before Voicemail

My Blackberry 8830 only rings twice before the call is sent to voicemail. What do I need to do to increase the number of rings before the call goes to voicemail?

Call customer service, they can make the change for you. It cant be done from the phone.

I do not believe there is a way for VZW to change the amount of rings, it is more of a set time they use, If I use a general ringer I MAY get 2-1/2 rings. I just loaded a ringtone that is not annoying or objective to others, yet is consistent for up to 20 secs.

I think Budone is correct ... it depends on your ringtone. I have my sound profile set to vibrate + tone, escalating ringer, and a stock BlackBerry Pro ringtone ... it rings quite a few times and gets really loud toward the end ... hard to miss.

Yes, I called customer service at 611 and they were able to change it from 4 rings to the maximum of 8 rings.

My Dad has an LG Revere with the Nationwide 65 Plus 200 plan.
