I have been having problems with Verizon's Message+ as it keeps freezing up.

I have a Samsung Note 9 with Android 10 (issue on previous as well).

Message+ version: 14.3.0

This thing becomes totally unusable whether I'm on mobile of wifi which I wouldn't think either a requirement for texting.

I have totally wiped my phone removing everything and started over but I'm still facing issues.

Any ideas on this?

Sudsmaker, I know how important it is for you to be able to enjoy your texting, and not have to deal with freezing! Do you have issues with freezing when using any other app? What about when using the standard texting app when comes with the phone? How long ago did you complete the reset of your device?
