Samsung Galaxy S5 not working

Is anyone out there in the 92277, 92252, 92284 area that has a Galaxy S5 that stopped working?

mine and my wifes quit march 6th, still not working as of today, have no other phone so cant get help chat is useless 99 percent of the time the link in my verizon will not open chat window??

tried new sim card but did not work, sim card from ATT let me make calls???

Does it say "No Service?" or do you have bars of service showing? Does this happen when you are outdoors as well? AliciaD_VZW
