I downloaded a ringtone from Verizon but cannot seem to get it to my "music" file. I followed the instructions and it says it is saved but I can't find it. Any suggestions.
I am having the same problem!! I have looked everywhere in my phone and the ringtone i purchased isnt showing up anywhere!! Followed all the instructions it gave and it says it saved the attachment when i chose save audio but it is not in the Music app from the menu where it says it should be!!! this is ridiculous!
Click on the Music App.
Clcik on the icon of three horizontal lines. (List)
Scroll down to Unknown Artist and see if the ringtones are there.
