S8 asks 'Send this message?' on every outgoing email.

I have an S8 that pops up with 'Send this message?' with every outing email on my Exchange account and I have to click 'Ok' to send or "Cancel'. It doesn't do it with outgoing gmail email. I know there must be a setting in there somewhere but for the life of me I can't find it!

Any clue as to where to find that setting?
