My wife likes to save certain voicemails from the past. Now she is getting the voicemail full statement, and no one can leave messages. This never happened with our other carrier. Questions:
1) Can her voicemail box be increased in size? Is their a charge option to do this?
2) Can voicemail messages be archived? That would take them off the Verizon network and store on her phone. If archiving is possible then how do I do that?
