My Galaxy S10+ keeps losing internet and ability to text. I have been on the phone with tech all day, NO HELP AT ALL. Any ideas? It goes out and I have to restart the phone. Happens over and over again. Indoors and out.
Is your device reflecting 4G service when this happens? Have you reset your Network Settings yet? Is your device backed up?

I’m having the same problem with my iPhone, I’ve reset my network settings Had Verizon tech reset my service network. Just keeps going in and out. Turning my phone on and off.
