Blackberry Desktop Manager...HELP!!

I just purchased a new PC and am trying to download the Blackberry Desktop Manager. I got as far as the Blackberry Desktop Software, but can't figure out how to get the Manager on my computer. Yes, I am technologically challenged LOL!! I had it on my old PC, but the hard drive failed and is not recoverable. I need to sync my ITunes aagin. Any help would be appreciated.
