Is it just me or is all of Verizon's customer service out ?
I cant get through Verizon chat or my verizon app or facebook mess or even the phone
all service depts are saying either no ones there or verizons having probs.
i have been without a working phone since saturday because of verizon and now i cant even contact them what a joke
