June 21, 2020. Using the Verizon messaging service on my LG v40 I am unable to take pictures as it closes out the messaging app.

The problem lies within the Verizon messaging app. When I am in the app and wishing to send a pic using the messaging service camera , I am unable to do so as it force courses the text message.
