Well, it's that time, my beloved Droid X is no more. I was an idiot and broke the warranty of my device (begins with an R, as a hint).
I figure I should celebrate the great times I had with my Droid, from the first boot, to his death just a couple hours ago, so let's send him off in style, shall we? *salute*
(What I'm trying to say, all melodrama aside, is that I broke the warranty on my Droid X because I'm an idiot, and now it's stuck in a boot loop that I can't seem to fix. Tried everything I could think of, nothing. Verizon store said no go ((how they knew the warranty was voided by my idiocy with the R word, I'll never know)), they wouldn't fix, or replace it. I offered money, they still said no. Needless to say, I'm sad, but I brought this upon myself. Doesn't mean I have to like it, does it? Anyway, I know I'm just a lurker, but these forums have been invaluable for me, so as I take my final bow, thanks, one and all for making it a grand adventure!)
