Blackberry Storm email help

I would like to know why my email has disappeared, icons and everything. My phone constantly tells me I have new messages but nothing appears in my 'messages' icon.

Please help.

Try two very common troubleshooting steps; do a battery pull while the phone is on. Then try resending your service books using this link: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw . Or you can get to it thru your Email Settings icon (if it's still there).
