You have these $100 Alcatel phones which are rated really poorly, and these expensive mil-spec Kyocera and Sonim phones. Neither are ideal.
I need a phone that just lets you make phone calls, has great connectivity, and excellent call clarity. As it stands now, we have phones too complex for seniors, or too poorly made to work reliably (or well).
Even if you just provided a list of basic phones known to work on your network that would be helpful. There's a sea of phones that look like they'll work, but then users report they don't for various reasons (a prepaid phone can't work on a regular verizon plan etc).
