FIOS question

I currently have Optimum. I am in Smithtown Long Island. Since Isais, my cable TV, internet and optimumvoice have been down for 4 days. Don't have them back yet Does anyone in the Smithtown area have Fios and has it been down for that long? How quickly did you get it back? Have they been easy to contact? Thinking of switching.
