Several times when someone has tried to call me my Droid 2 Global goes directly to voicemail. Is there any reason for this or any way to fix it? Please help.
Is this occurring when only one user is calling you or any user? Here is what you can verify to make sure it is not automatic:
1. Tap Contacts.
2. Tap the contact.
3. Press Menu.
4. Tap Options.
5. Tap the Incoming calls – Send calls directly to voicemail option to check the box.
Make sure you uncheck the box.
