verizon is typical of the problem wrong with this world. Giant corporations feeding off small people. Advertise a device charge premium price and not meeting the expectations of the buyer. The 10 plus 5g is advertised as a 5g device. The 5g it can connect to is not widely available. It is like ordering a hamburger with everything on it and only receiving the bun. verizon do what is right replace these devices with the equivalent that will work on your complete 5g network.
