I have been unable to log-in to the MyVerizon app for several months now. Seems a bit ridiculous this is the only place to manage the rewards but I can't even access it.
When I open the app I am asked for the phone number associated with my account. I enter the number, and am greeted with a message that says an account already registered. So I then select "sign in". I am then taken back to the same screen wanting me to create an account. If I hit "cancel" it takes me to a blank sign in screen that does nothing.
I've tried uninstalling the app, resetting the app, and I even did reset my phone to factory. Nothing has worked.
